OPERATION FLOW PROCEDURE

With all these advantages, Chiterion has been stable partners of more than 86+ world-famous brands and powerful retailers, namely Carlsberg, Yum!

1. Quotation

Once receipt of customer's inquiry, we will quote within 2 hours for project with clear and detailed specification or 24 hours for very complicated and multi-item projects.

2. Sample Development

After quotation is confirmed, we will arrange the sample quickly and finish them in 3-5working days for logos included or 1-2days for blank sample.

3. Order Confirmation

Once approval sample confirmed, we will proceed with the pre-production sample accordingly. An sales contract will be issued and order details will be forwarded to merchandising and purchasing and production departments.

4. Preproduction Sample Confirmation

Prior to mass production, we will buy the fabrics and trims accordingly and conduct IQC inspection and testing for the incoming materials/fabrics/trims. Meanwhile, we will arrange the pre-production sample and send to customers for final confirmation.

5. Lab Testing

An necessary testing will be applied if required by customers for different testing standards/items.

6. Cutting And Printing/Embroidery Or Logo Setup

After all is PASS, we will start to cut and print/embroider the fabrics/trims.

7. Stitching

After cutting and printing or embroidery, we will then start with the sewing. An initial patrol check(IPQC) will be applied here to make sure the first piece is correct.

8. Packing

After sewing finished, we will pack the bags according to customer's requirement.

9. Pre-shipment Inspection

An outgoing inspection(OQC) will be conducted per AQL 1.5/4.0 Major/Minor

10. Delivery/Shipment

After inspection pass, we can then arrange the shipment according to the confirmed terms
